They claim to produce a own piece of software and promote that. But what software can anyone build. So i guess its about free screensavers or so, that anyone can build easy with free tools and yeah its right, thats free digital software. now just to know where to post that to get a mass of backlinks.. maybe u can comment where to do so 
also for ebooks there is free sofware, for chmod calculators or toolbars. Afterwards you create a so called “PAD” File, that includes all the informations about your software.
